This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

Infinite Learning Institute welcomes all international students who meet our entry requirements. Typically, you are an international student who is:
· Seeking to pursue a career as senior manager in an RTO or similar business
· Seeking a pathway to higher-level qualifications.
Infinite Learning Institute has the following entry requirements:
International students must:
· Have completed a Certificate IV or higher level vocational or higher education qualification.
· Be at least 18 years of age
· Have an IELTS* score of 5.5 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of any of the following:
· Educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country; or
· Completed at least 6 months of a minimum Certificate IV level or higher course in an Australian RTO or education institute; or
· Successful completion of an English Placement Test or evidence of undertaking relevant ELICOS program.
Note that other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can be accepted. You are required to provide your results so that we can confirm they are equivalent to IELTS 5.5.
This qualification will be delivered over 104 weeks, including 72 weeks of training and assessment spread over 8 terms of 9 weeks and 32 weeks of holidays. Holidays are 4 weeks per term.
Class sessions are planned to ensure that students have a mixture of practical and theoretical components and those classes cater for a wide variety of learning styles. Additionally, workplace practices and environments are simulated and used to conduct skills-based assessments in accordance with unit requirements.
Delivery mode and location
This course will be delivered face-to-face in a classroom-based setting which includes the simulation of workplace-based environment, as well as structured, online study.
Note: Currently, due to the COVID – 19 pandemic, the College is offering classes online only via Microsoft Teams. You must ensure that you have stable internet and webcam access within your laptop.

Students who complete this course may be able to seek employment in a range of senior leadership and management roles in an RTO or similar business.
Students who complete this course may wish to further their study into higher education qualifications in leadership or education management.
The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) requires the successful completion of three (3) core units and five (5) elective units. Electives for this qualification have been chosen by Infinite Learning Institute to ensure that students achieve a broad range of skills and knowledge in leadership and education management.

Enrolment and Orientation
Upon acceptance of a student’s application for enrolment, a letter of offer, as well as a written agreement, will be forwarded to students. Students must read through all provided information as it will provide all necessary information about the course of study. A Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter will be issued once the signed acceptance of the offer and written agreement are received, as well as the first payment.
The first day of each course will include orientation and induction. Orientation will include information about the campus, living in Australia, accessing our support services and methods for achieving success throughout the course, including course progress requirements.

All students will be provided with a range of learning support options and resources to help them achieve competency. This includes:
· Academic and personal support.
· Referral to external support services.
Students are required to attend classes for 13.5 hours a week and complete 6.5 hours of structured online study per week. In addition to this, students are also required to complete approximately 5 hours of additional study per week comprising of general reading and research for assessments. Students may commence this course at the start of any unit.
Assessment methods used for this qualification will provide a range of ways for individuals to demonstrate that they have met the required outcomes including:
· Report writing
· Questioning (oral or written)
At the beginning of each unit, trainers will outline the assessment tasks that must be completed.
The costs for this course are as follows:
Enrolment fee: $200 (non-refundable to be paid on application)

A detailed payment plan and payment arrangements are provided in the Letter of offer and Written Agreement. Course fees do not include laptops or computer software, which are to be purchased at the student’s own cost. Non-payment of course fees may result in cancellation of enrolment.
These laptops and software may be purchased by students through the suppliers as listed above or any other suppliers that offer the resources noting that costs may vary at the time of purchase.
Students should also note the following minimum specifications for a laptop which students must bring to each class.
International students are also required to take out Overseas Health Insurance Cover before arriving in Australia. Infinite Learning Institute provides details of OSHC providers in the International Student Handbook.

For international students, the granting of course credit may affect course fees as well as the duration of the course.
The result of an application for credit and any changes to fees or course duration will be advised to students in writing.
If course credit is granted following issuance of the Confirmation of Enrolment, students will receive a new Confirmation of Enrolment showing a reduced duration.
